MEENHAR Securities Limited (MSL) was incorporated under the “Companies Act 1994” on 16th October 1995 as private limited company, with a mission to contribute to the capital market of the company. The founder of the company, Mr. Habibullah Khan, was the founder vice president as well as the president of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) at that time.

MSL is registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Bangladesh (BSEC). The Company is a member of the Chittagong Stock Exchange. MSL is one of the earliest and oldest TREC holders of CSE launching trading platforms for capital markets in Chattogram.
